Anxiety is the single biggest issue I help people with. People experience anxiety in many forms, from phobias to generalised anxiety and from stress to panic attacks. Whatever form it takes, it can be really debilitating. The good news is that it can be really easy to help people manage anxiety.
Neurodivergent anxiety has its own challenges and needs a specific approach. It's important to work with someone who understands this if you are a neurodivergent individual (or have a neurodivergent child) struggling with anxiety.
